The Farm

Cascina Pavassano is an ideal place to spend some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of your every day life. We are located in Chieri only a few kilometers from Turin. Our farm is nestled in a peaceful oasis of green hills that offer scenic walks among local wheat fields and poplar forests.The Farm has been run by our family since 1982. We believe that the land should be treated with care and respect.

The Agritourism

We will host you in the old barn which we have converted into a charming sit-down atmosphere. We have two spaces available for your engagement! When the weather is good, we can arrange for a feast under a canopy or in the winter months we provide an idyll room with an exposed brick fireplace, cozy fire and a romantic rustic feel.

WE MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR BIG GROUPS AND YOU WILL HAVE FULL USE OF THE ENTIRE ROOM AS A PRIVATE PARTY OR JUST COME IN THE WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Our Story

The farmhouse was once inhabited by peasants who worked the land for the counts of the Villa del Cipresso, at the top of the hill.

My parents with my grandfather did a massive but respectful restoration work before moving and started their new life in the countryside by growing azaleas. They then decided to transform the stable into a space to organize dinners, lunches and parties. My sister and I grew up helping and learning from them until we decided to make it a profession.

Menù

Come join us for seasonal menus typical of Piemonte’s culture. We make sure that we use our own products from the farm and base our menus around what is seasonable and fresh. We try to use the products cultivated at local farms, our own crops and locally sourced products.

Bed & Breakfast

In our bed & breakfast you will be welcomed as friends, you can savor the rhythms of life in the farmhouse, take walks on the surrounding hills and relax in the shade of the willows near the pond. We have a double and a single room; in the morning a rich breakfast prepared by Nicoletta, cakes, biscuits and homemade jams made with our products will be served.
